Sherif Othman is an accomplished investment professional with over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, specializing in portfolio management, investment analysis, and risk assessment. He has successfully managed multi-million-dollar portfolios for high-net-worth individuals, corporate entities, and institutional clients across diverse global markets.

Known for his disciplined approach and strategic insight, Sherif excels at identifying investment opportunities, conducting in-depth research, and developing comprehensive strategies to maximize returns while managing risk. His expertise spans a broad range of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, commodities, and alternative investments.

Hossameldin Abdelkarim is a distinguished attorney with over two decades of experience in U.S. immigration law, securities regulation, corporate law, and international business. As the founding partner of H. Karim & Associates Law Offices, he has advised clients across the U.S., Egypt, and the broader MENA region on matters ranging from financial arbitration and estate planning to cross-border regulatory compliance.

Mr. Abdelkarim holds an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center, an M.A. in International Business Law from the University of Paris IX, and an LL.B. from Cairo University. He also earned a B.Sc. in Political Science from Cairo University. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Egypt.

His career includes senior legal roles at leading institutions, including serving as General Legal Counsel for HSBC Bank Egypt, Partner at Sarie-Eldin & Partners, and Legal Counsel to the Chairman of the Egyptian Capital Market Authority, where he contributed to landmark reforms in Egypt’s securities regulatory framework.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Abdelkarim serves as a FINRA-approved arbitrator in the U.S. and is also an accredited arbitrator with the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration. He sits on the board of Icon Industrial Engineering Company and brings his regulatory expertise to Poise Investment Advisors as a Partner and Chief Compliance Officer.

A recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship, he has lectured and published widely on legal and economic topics. Fluent in Arabic and English, with working proficiency in French, Hossam brings a global, multidisciplinary perspective to the complex legal and compliance needs of financial clients.

Perihan Atlam is a seasoned treasury and financial operations professional with a diverse background spanning corporate and banking sectors. With a career rooted in international best practices, she has held key treasury roles at globally recognized companies such as Daimler, Chrysler, and Mercedes-Benz, where she developed deep expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, and financial controls within complex, multinational environments.

In addition to her corporate experience, Perihan brings a strong foundation in banking treasury through her tenure at Arab Bank, where she supported institutional cash flow planning and treasury operations across regional and international markets.

Her ability to bridge corporate financial strategy with banking execution gives her a unique, well-rounded perspective that enhances the efficiency and resilience of treasury operations at Poise Investment Advisors. She is known for her detail-oriented approach, operational discipline, and deep understanding of treasury systems and banking relationships.

Perihan is a graduate of Cairo University, holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a minor in Business Administration.
